Application Process:
✅ Print Design – Use a DTF printer to print your mirrored design onto the coated side of the PET film using DTF ink.
✅ Apply Hot Melt Powder – While the ink is still wet, evenly apply DTF hot melt powder and shake off the excess.
✅ Cure the Powder – Heat the film (using oven or hover heat press) at 100–120°C for 2–5 minutes until powder melts.
✅ Heat Press Transfer – Place the film onto the fabric and press at 160–170°C for 10–15 seconds with medium pressure.
✅ Peel & Finish – Allow to cool (for cold peel) or peel immediately (for hot peel), then optionally repress for enhanced durability.
