At Brohder, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our machines. Our warranty policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind, ensuring that your investment is protected. The warranty duration depends on the model of the machine, with specific terms outlined below.
Warranty Coverage
For machines with a printing width of 60cm or greater, we offer a comprehensive two-year warranty. This covers the machine itself, including the circuit boards, ensuring that any manufacturing defects are addressed promptly and efficiently.
For our smaller models, we provide a one-year warranty. This warranty also covers the machine and its circuit boards, maintaining the same commitment to quality and reliability.
Exclusions
Please note that the warranty does not cover printheads, ink delivery systems, or consumables. These components are subject to wear and tear based on usage and maintenance practices, and are therefore excluded from our warranty coverage. We recommend following the maintenance guidelines provided with your machine to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
